jl10 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jl10 website, mobile web application, and all related services accessible at jl10.vip.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the jl10 Platform.
• "Wallet" means the virtual balance held within a jl10 Account denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins credit equivalents, or matched deposit credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by a Player that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements, unless subsequently converted to Bonus Funds through a claimed promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on qualifying games before they may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by jl10 prior to the approval of withdrawal requests or upon request at any time.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the jl10 Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.

By accessing the jl10 Platform or creating an Account, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional policies incorporated by reference, including jl10's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an integral part of this agreement.

These Terms apply to all users of the jl10 Platform, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors accessing publicly available content. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register for and use a jl10 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR for online gambling participation in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, or affiliate of jl10, or a member of the immediate family of any such person.
• You must not be under any self-exclusion or cooling-off period, whether self-imposed or externally imposed by jl10 or any regulatory authority.
• You must not be a person listed on any government-mandated restricted gaming persons register applicable under Philippine law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. jl10 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Wallet balance.

The following rules govern the use and management of jl10 Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) jl10 Account only. If jl10 identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and Wallet balances forfeited, at jl10's sole discretion.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify jl10 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Non-Transferability: Your jl10 Account is strictly personal and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party.
• Account Currency: All jl10 Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No other currency is used for Wallet balances or bet settlements.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) or more consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jl10 may apply an inactivity administration fee as outlined in the dormant account policy communicated to the registered email address prior to any fee being applied.
• Account Closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting jl10 support. Any outstanding Real Money Funds in your Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last-used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All financial transactions on jl10 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Methods: jl10 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The specific methods available to a Player may vary based on account status and verification level.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Peso), unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: jl10 targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party payment processor timeframes.
• KYC Prior to Withdrawal: jl10 reserves the right to request full KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests from Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be held pending submission and review of required documents.
• Source of Funds: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account held in the Player's own name, wherever technically possible. jl10 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Transaction Fees: jl10 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which jl10 accepts no responsibility.

jl10 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. The following terms apply to all promotional offers unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available to registered jl10 players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion description. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the bonus expiry date will result in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Specific contribution percentages are detailed in each individual promotion's terms. Live casino games and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: jl10 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or winnings derived from bonus funds in circumstances where jl10 reasonably believes a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms, placing hedged bets designed to generate wagering turnover without genuine gameplay risk, or coordinating with others to abuse promotional structures.
• Withdrawal Restriction: Where a Player has claimed a bonus, the full Wallet balance (Real Money Funds + Bonus Funds) may be subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal is processed, unless the Player forfeits all unclaimed bonus funds prior to requesting withdrawal.
• Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds expire thirty (30) days from the date of crediting if not fully wagered within that period.

The following rules govern gameplay and betting activity on the jl10 Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game available on jl10 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
• RNG Certification: All non-live slot and casino games on jl10 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from licensed software providers. Results are independently audited and fair.
• Live Casino: Live casino games involve real dealers and real-time dealing. Results are determined by physical game outcomes and cannot be altered by jl10 or the Player after cards are dealt, the wheel is spun, or dice are rolled.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. jl10 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time without prior notice.
• Technical Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, jl10 will resolve the outcome in accordance with documented game logs. Where a round cannot be fairly determined, the stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet. jl10's decision on technical malfunction outcomes is final.
• Void Bets: jl10 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed in breach of these Terms, or placed as a result of a pricing or technical error. Bets placed using bonus funds on non-contributing games may be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl10 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all Wallet balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering for or using a jl10 Account under a false identity, including the use of another person's identity documents.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your jl10 Account.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or proceeds of crime.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, macros, or any software that is designed to circumvent the Platform's security, gain unfair advantage, or automate gameplay.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to obtain an advantage, and failing to report such issues to jl10 support immediately upon discovery.
• Colluding with other Players or with dealers in live games to influence game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players, dealers, or jl10 staff members in any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or otherwise reproduce the jl10 Platform, software, or content.

jl10 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable players. The following provisions reflect our obligations and your rights under jl10's Responsible Gaming Policy:

• Age Restriction: The jl10 Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. It is illegal for persons under 21 to participate in gambling in the Philippines. jl10 employs age verification measures and will suspend any Account where underage use is suspected.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via the Account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits may be decreased immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Once a loss limit is reached, further betting activity is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session duration reminders and hard session time limits to manage the amount of time spent on the Platform in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break or permanently exclude themselves from the jl10 Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting jl10 support via Live Chat or email. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: jl10 provides optional on-screen prompts at regular intervals reminding Players of time elapsed and net gaming activity during their current session.

By creating a jl10 Account, you consent to jl10 processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. jl10 collects and processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification (KYC), anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, promotional communications (where consented to), and fraud prevention.

jl10 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary for platform operation (payment processors, identity verification providers, game software providers) and as required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

All content on the jl10 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, visual design, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jl10 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jl10 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jl10 content without express written permission;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jl10 content;
• Use jl10's brand name, trademarks, logos, or game content for any commercial purpose; or
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the jl10 Platform software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl10's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your jl10 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl10 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings;
• Service interruptions caused by events beyond jl10's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, acts of government, or third-party platform failures;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Actions taken by jl10 in good faith in accordance with these Terms or applicable law, including Account suspension or fund holds pending investigation.

Nothing in these Terms limits jl10's liability for death or personal injury caused by jl10's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

jl10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account, and to withhold or forfeit Wallet balances, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 8;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction;
• Identification of the Account holder as being under 21 years of age; or
• Identification of the Account as a duplicate of another existing Account.

Where practicable, jl10 will notify the Player of Account suspension via their registered email address and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond. Where jl10 determines that immediate action is required to protect the platform's integrity or comply with regulatory obligations, suspension may be implemented without prior notice.

jl10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page;
• Displaying a prominent notice on the jl10 Platform homepage or login page; and/or
• Sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the jl10 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and jl10, we encourage you to first contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] or via Live Chat in your Account dashboard. jl10 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days of your written notice to jl10, either party may refer the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute.
